Help A Sister Out

Help A Sister Out is our annual fundraising campaign focused on showing love and care to women who need it most. This year, we’re assembling 300 Empowerment Packs—150 for women on the streets and 150 for women in shelters—to provide essential items and a little extra comfort for those facing tough times.

Help A Sister Out is more than just a fundraiser, it’s about showing kindness and letting women in difficult circumstances know they’re not alone. Whether it’s a first aid kit or a box of bar soap, these thoughtful items can bring comfort and a little bit of joy to someone’s day.

This March, let’s come together to make a difference. With your help, we can pack these bags with care and love for the 300 women who need them. Join us in spreading goodness, one Empowerment Pack at a time!

For Women on the Streets

To support women experiencing homelessness, the Empowerment Packs are designed to meet basic needs and make life a little easier. Each pack includes:

• First aid kits

• Body wipes

• Feminine hygiene products

• Travel-size lotion

• Disposable toothbrushes & toothpaste

• Portable mouthwash

• Cozy socks

• Crackers

• Granola bars

• Fruit snacks

• Bottled water

For Women in Shelters

To support women in shelters, we provide full-size personal care essentials in bulk, ensuring they have the necessities they deserve. Items donated include:

• Feminine hygiene products

• Bar Soap

• Toothbrushes & toothpaste

• Lotion

• Deodorant

• Shampoo and conditioner

In addition to these essentials, we will create individual Empowerment Packs filled with thoughtful self-care items, including:

• Journals

• Lip balm

• Brush & comb sets

• Fuzzy socks
